Every maintenance visit includes
Checks of gate movement, safety devices, mechanical wear, and backup batteries, plus applicable lubrication and routine adjustments. Covered access-control equipment is checked for proper operation. You receive a service report with findings and recommended repairs.
Find your fit
A two-operator swing gate with one keypad is $45/month with Plus, versus $50/month with Basic and equipment add-ons. Plus also includes twice the scheduled maintenance visits.
For a rarely used gate, a one-time service may be a better starting point. We’ll recommend care that fits your equipment, usage, and manufacturer requirements.
Clear coverage
Premium’s included service call covers travel and up to one hour onsite during regular business hours, once per service year for the property.
Parts and repair labor are separate; eligible repair labor receives your plan’s discount. Existing faults, after-hours service, vehicle or weather damage, structural work, underground loop replacement, and software or cellular subscriptions are quoted separately.

Pricing notes
Starting prices are based on a 12-month service agreement billed monthly. Final pricing, covered equipment, and service frequency follow assessment. Each gate operator counts separately; a dual-operator swing gate counts as two. Access-control units will be itemized in your proposal. Specialized equipment or heavy usage may require a custom plan. Existing repairs and cancellation terms are addressed before enrollment. Maintenance does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
